To be responsible for the assessment of patient’s care needs, using a multi-disciplinary approach.
· To develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care to meet these needs.
· To supervise junior staff and to contribute to the development of others, including unqualified members of staff and students.

- Working with elderly patients, physical rehabilitation, palliative care.
- IV administration
- Track and Trigger – spotting early warning signs
- Pressure Ulcer Prevention
- Safe use of Insulin
- Working in an NHS Hospital
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
